So this pisture is a little blurry but I had to post it because she is just too cute. Ivy is the sweetest little girl in the world! I love her so much and I am so glad that she is my little sister. She is just so funny. She will be in the other room and you will hear her fall down or something and she yells. "I'm okay!" and goes about her business. The other day my dad said she was running down the hall and ran straight into the corner of a door. She wasn't hurt too badly I guess because she recovered, patted the wall, looked intently at it and said, "Sorry door!" and then ran off. It's so funny to hear what little kids are thinking. She can be in the middle of a conversation with you and she will just pause and look at you and say, "Annie, I love you." and then go back to what she was going to say. The other day she told me I was her best friend. She is always complimenting people, which is usually the opposite of what kids do! They are so innocently and brutally honest that usually it's something you don't want to hear. But she always strokes my hair saying "it's beautiful" and tells me I have pretty eyes. But it's her little voice and her mannerisms that go along with it that just melt your heart! My husband always calls her "little lady" and she will always remind him, "No, I'n Ivy". But when he calls her Ivy, it's "I'n Lil' Lady". I love her SO much! She's obsessed with babies, tomatoes (they bribe her with tomatoes when she wont eat her other food on your plate. It's "just have one more bite of macaroni and then you can have a tomato"....), and her blankie. She is daring, outgoing, and strongwilled, and she is the best!

She is too much fun. She loves Kyler so much. Last night when Dan and I went to go pick him up she told me she was letting him sleep in her bed and to be quiet because he was sleeping. We brought gelato back and she came over and stood next to me and put her hand on my face and said "can I have some?" you know that look that she gets on her face? It was so funny.
She is cute! Kids really do say the darndest things....
SOOO cute! I love those stories! She is the sweetest little thing! And observant, because she really did get it right, you have the most gorgeous hair and eyes!
She is adorable!! I love how she said sorry to the door. That is hilarious! I wish I had a cute little neice that would compliment me, cause a sister is not going to happen. You and Kev get on that kay! I have a feeling your first will be the first grand daughter!! Love the new blog look too.
She is a doll! It is crazy to me that both you and Hez have siblings that little!
LOVED the story about her saying "I'm Okay!" Hahahah!
Kids are too funny...
What a little cutie. I love that even though you are like 68 years older than her and are married, you still have a great relationship with her! Guess that's just the kind of fab gal you are!
I read that and thought it kinda sounded mean. I didn't mean that you are old, it's just me and me legendary random number throw-outs.
